The conservatory opens onto a terrace with far-reaching views towards the bay, Ramsey Island and the lighthouse beyond, and a shared courtyard and enclosed lawn provide outdoor space. One dog stays free; a second incurs a charge. Bed linen, towels and superfast internet are included, along with heating and logs for the stove during winter months.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with a gas hob and range alongside standard appliances. A utility room (shared with the neighbouring cottage) contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking accommodates two cars. The location sits close enough to Marloes Sands for a straightforward walk, while the Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs nearby. A pub in Marloes village and a cafe at Runwayskiln are within easy reach. No smoking is permitted inside.
