Hafan Dawel

Hafan Dawel is a detached house arranged across three floors, accommodating up to 10 guests in six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The ground floor opens into a substantial living space: a main sitting room with a 50-inch television, sound system and gas fire opens via bi-fold doors to a patio; the kitchen and dining area has a breakfast bar, electric oven and induction hob, with its own bi-fold access to decking; a second living room provides additional seating and a DVD player; and a utility room handles laundry. Upstairs, the first-floor bedrooms include three kingsize beds (one with its own shower room), a double with ensuite, and a single, plus a separate bathroom with a bath. The second floor holds a further kingsize and single bedroom with a shared bathroom. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered; there is also a cot, highchair and stairgate on hand.

The house sits in Stepaside, within a mile of the Pembrokeshire coast and accessible to the coastal path network. Wisemans Bridge, a village with a pub and beach, is a short walk through the heritage park and valley. The enclosed courtyard comes with garden furniture and a gas barbecue, and there is parking for four cars. One dog stays free. The property does not permit smoking. Note that 20 steps lead down to the garage.
