Inglenook Cottage

Pembrokeshire

View on Google Maps

Inglenook Cottage stands on the banks of the River Cleddau in Pembrokeshire, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the national park. A footpath runs directly from the property onto the foreshore, giving immediate access to the estuary's sheltered inlets and mudflats—prime territory for birdwatchers and those wanting to explore on foot. The wider landscape draws walkers year-round; Narberth, a market town with independent shops and restaurants, lies nine miles away.

The cottage is a single-storey property with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping four. The living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas around an inglenook fireplace with wood burner; a stable door opens onto a terrace overlooking the estuary. Both bedrooms have en-suite showers—one has a double bed, the other two singles. The kitchen is fitted for self-catering, and there is a utility room with a washing machine. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and logs for the burner are included. The enclosed garden has a patio and sitting area. One dog is welcome at no extra cost; smoking is not permitted.
