Llangwm sits on the Cleddau River in a quiet corner of Pembrokeshire, with walks along the water and access to the wider coastline within reach. Haverfordwest, Broad Haven beach and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path are all nearby, as are Folly Farm and Oakwood Park if you need a day trip with children. The cottage itself is a 250-year-old fisherman's home that has been updated for modern living while keeping its original character—expect timber beams, quirks of age and a layout that has evolved over centuries rather than symmetry.

The ground floor is largely open plan: a living space with woodburner and Smart TV flows into a dining and kitchen area with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge. A second lounge with its own TV gives more room to spread out. Patio doors lead to a garden where a hot tub overlooks the river, and there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are three bedrooms—a super kingsize, a kingsize and a bunk room—sharing one bathroom with bath and shower. The cottage is yours alone and can sleep up to six; one well-behaved pet is welcome. Parking for one car is provided.
