Old Dinas Arms is a restored stone cottage in Pembrokeshire, sitting above the harbour at Lower Town near Fishguard. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms—two with king beds and one with two singles—and comes with two bathrooms, one featuring a bath and the other a shower cubicle. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is here: the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge; heating comes from oil central heating and two woodburners; electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. One dog stays free.
The layout spreads across three floors. Ground level has two sitting areas, each with a woodburner and slate flooring; the first-floor kitchen and dining room overlooks a split-level garden with harbour views and a barbecue, and this floor also contains the shower room and a utility space with washing machine and freezer. Bedrooms are upstairs. A patio with garden furniture sits above the property, and there is on-road parking outside or additional parking by the river in Lower Town. The Ship Inn is within walking distance, and shops and restaurants are roughly half a mile away. No smoking inside.
