Families and groups of up to six will find The Bears Cave well suited to a week away, with three bedrooms and space to spread out. The cottage sits in Lower Town, Fishguard's atmospheric quayside quarter, where the working harbour and nearby Ship Inn are part of the everyday scene. One double bedroom, a second double, and a twin with singles make flexible sleeping arrangements; the layout means the doubles connect to the twin upstairs. Downstairs, the living and dining area has an open fire for cosier evenings, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking rather than holiday shortcuts. A utility room with washing machine takes the load off during longer stays.
The back garden with seating area and furniture gives outdoor space without leaving the property, while private parking for one car sits on site. Electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard, and the initial fuel for the fire is included. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed. Nonsmoking only.
Pembrokeshire's coast path, beaches and clifftop walks begin within short reach. The area suits those after genuine seaside character—fishing boats, local pubs, coastal scenery—rather than resort facilities. St. Davids, Newport and numerous walking routes are a short drive away.
