Point House is a converted merchant's home in Pembroke, thoroughly equipped for self-catering groups of up to 11. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine; bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor. One dog is welcome to stay.

The layout spans three floors. Ground level has a second living room with a sofa bed and a kingsize bedroom with ensuite. Upstairs, the open-plan living and dining space opens onto a balcony overlooking the water, with the kitchen beyond. Two further bedrooms are on the top floor—one with a kingsize bed and ensuite, one with a double bunk and single, plus a fourth room with two singles. A full bathroom and separate toilet serve these upper floors. The property is yours alone, with private parking for four cars and an enclosed courtyard with patio and barbecue.

Pembroke's restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the coastline nearby draws people for birdwatching and the views. No smoking indoors. Children and cots are accommodated.

Very strange, visited for a drink and wanted to book for 10 plus people to have an evening meal the following week, all doors were locked to the bar/restaurant, I asked the girls in the garden bar if I could take a look inside and explained we wanted to eat here next week, I was told to look through the windows into the restaurant...we left and booked at the other pub in the village which had a lovely friendly atmosphere

Quirky pub and location, we visited on a Saturday and the bar and pub looked closed, however they have a garden bar round the side. The food, beers and service were great, and the road appears fixed so no pot holes!

Such a disappointment! It is an incredible venue and location, but it was a completely wasted trip. We messaged the night before to book for lunch since the weather was good, reviews were positive and it was a Saturday in June. We got a quick reply stating they only accept walk-ins for lunch and reservations for dinner, which was great. However, when we arrived at lunchtime, the experience fell apart. Given the beautiful location, we expected the pub to be packed, but there were only a handful of people in the garden. The restaurant's front door was locked with no signage, so we went around the back. There was a chair blocking the rear entry door, and the staff—including the chef—were just standing around chatting. They advised us they were only serving salad bowls and no other food, with no explanation given. This was especially disappointing as we had messaged the night before. The options were just two very generic sounding salads. We decided to leave and venture down the road to the Wavecrest Café instead, where we had an incredible lunch. The Old House Point feels like a massive missed opportunity.

Paternosters new home, and the location is stunning! Im aware projects are still underfoot and im excited to go back when next in the area. The food speaks for itself and I just love the concept ❤ With a bar and outside area, now I can pp in for a drink and bar snacks too 😋
