Lamphey is a small hamlet in rural Pembrokeshire, close enough to beaches and the coast to make it a genuine seaside base, yet tucked inland enough to feel genuinely removed. Springfield Farm sits on the edge of the village, where a ten-minute walk reaches the local pub and restaurant, the shop, and the remains of a 13th-century bishops' palace. The market town of Pembroke is five minutes away by car or reachable on foot via footpath.
The whole property is yours alone, arranged on a single ground floor. A spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area floods with daylight and contains everything needed for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. Four bedrooms sleep eight: two with king beds, two with pairs of singles. Two bathrooms serve the house, one with a bath and shower, the other a walk-in shower. Gas heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. An enclosed back garden with patio and barbecue provides outdoor space, and there is parking for three cars on site.
No smoking. One dog stays free. The property suits families and groups wanting a rural Pembrokeshire base with easy access to the coast and village amenities without the bustle of a seaside town.

We stayed at Springfield Farm & Wild Camping for one night in our campervan and thought it was a lovely spot. The site was really clean and well looked after, with gorgeous views of the countryside and the sea in the distance. Our two little ones had the best time running through the paths cut into the long grass in the middle of the site – such a nice touch! Would definitely recommend and we’d happily stay again.

This place is a camping GOLDMINE!! I have just camped here for two nights with my kids and dogs and I don’t think I could put into a few sentences how amazing it is but I will try ! As a first time camper, I’m over the moon. Everything was more than I could’ve imagined! First of all the owners are gorgeous, friendly, warm, welcoming and helpful people and they have the most amazing space and beautiful doggie with fantastic views of fields and the sea. The toilet facilities were beautifully designed and practical, clean, tidy and tbh lovely ! Taps available and bins which were well situated for everyone around the field along with fire pits. There are also logs, fresh eggs and veg (for a small charge) The location is set amongst the most amazing sceneries that will have you thinking you’re in Thailand not wales! And there’s a good fish and chips just four minutes away next to the sea, a sandy accessible beach. On a personal note, the owners went above and beyond for me when my daughter was stung on the beach by a weaver fish!! (we were swimming at sunset which was perfect conditions for the weaver fish just not us!) It was late at night and they did not hesitate to invite us in and help the situation completely and calm my distressed daughter who was in a lot of pain. We can’t thank you enough for being so calm, patient and caring during a crisis! So to round up if you are looking for somewhere to camp in the beautiful Wales this summer or next please do stay here. I guarantee you will have the best time!

Absolutely lovely quiet eco campite with sea views, surrounded by meadows and large hedgerows with trees for shelter with the most immaculate and well presented compost loos ever. Outside cold shower if required! Great hosts, free range eggs and home grown produce for sale on site, short stroll down the hill into Little Haven for the pubs and cove. Love it.

What a wonderful campsite! The welcome from Maxine is the warmest I have ever received when camping and I felt immediately at home. The campsite is quiet and uncrowded, even during the school summer holidays. You're a short walk from Little Haven and have quick access to the coastal path. If you're interested in a long, one way walk, there are buses in the summer to bring you back. Shout out to the compost toilets which are the cleanest I have ever seen. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
