Shepherds Lodge
Pembrokeshire
Shepherds Lodge suits couples after a quiet retreat in the countryside. This former shepherd's cottage stands on a working farm near the hamlet of Lamphey, converted to holiday use while keeping its early-19th-century character. A single double bedroom and shower room occupy the small floorplan; downstairs there is a living room with woodburner, separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Everything needed for a stay is provided: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.
The property comes with private parking for two cars and a courtyard with seating looking out over farmland. A pub and shops lie roughly a mile away. Tenby, with its beach, restaurants and galleries, is a short drive; Saundersfoot and the wider Pembrokeshire coast are equally accessible for days out. The farm sits within 450 acres of natural grounds open to guests. No smoking is permitted inside.
