The Old Brewery is a converted brewery in Pembroke town centre, across from Pembroke Castle. It sleeps 24 across 12 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, making it one of those rare properties where a large group can actually all stay together under one roof rather than renting several smaller places. The building has genuine character—there's a proper bar, games rooms with snooker and table tennis, and multiple woodburning stoves warming the main living spaces.
Bedrooms vary from four-posters to zip-and-link super kings that split into singles on request, so configurations can flex depending on your group. Eight rooms have ensuite facilities; the others share the shower rooms and bathrooms distributed across the floors. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking at scale—gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and an American-style fridge—with a utility room handling laundry for 24 people. Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are covered, along with fuel for the woodburners.
The property suits extended families, milestone celebrations or group trips. Parking on site covers six cars. Dogs are welcome at no extra cost. No smoking throughout. Pembroke itself has restaurants and pubs using local produce, and the castle's history—Henry VII's birthplace—sits literally on your doorstep.
