You arrive at Tir Deri into a hallway where an oak staircase leads upstairs. On the ground floor, a spacious living room with leather sofas faces the moor, while the kitchen and dining area are equipped for proper cooking. A utility room handles laundry, and a shower room serves this level. Upstairs, a family bathroom with moorland views sits alongside two further bedrooms. The headroom in the first-floor rooms is restricted, so check measurements if you're tall. Four bedrooms in total—two with double beds and two with singles—mean there's a bed for eight, plus space for a travel cot if needed. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi come as standard; heating is included May to September.
The enclosed grounds have garden furniture and parking for three or four cars. One dog stays free. This is a working base for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, with small coves and secluded beaches minutes away. Porthgain Harbour, a picturesque fishing village, is nearby. The surrounding moorland, particularly vivid when gorse flowers, can be enjoyed from the house itself. For evenings, a pub and restaurant are within walking distance, serving local catches and regionally sourced food. No smoking inside.
