Sunnybank is a recently refurbished chalet within Freshwater Bay Holiday Village, a rural setting on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms—a double and two singles—with a shower room on the first floor. Downstairs, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens onto garden space, with the master bedroom offering distant sea views. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included; the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

The village has an on-site restaurant and bar, and a short walk reaches Freshwater East beach, a broad sandy expanse backed by the hamlet's traditional pub. Pembroke, five miles away, has shops and the medieval castle where Henry VII was born. Within thirty minutes' drive are Tenby and Saundersfoot. The area offers beaches ranging from the sheltered and sandy to serious surf breaks; Barafundle and Freshwater West are both highly regarded. Bosherston Lilyponds, Manorbier castle and Folly Farm are among nearby attractions. There is private parking for one car and a shared front garden with furniture. The property does not accept smoking. Note that fifteen steps lead through the garden.

Stayed at an Airbnb listed property here, it's great for a quite getaway however the nearest shop for milk and bread even is at least a 4-5mile drive sadly... That was the only set back specially because we were with a toddler and a baby and kept running out of loads of stuff (we did carry plenty from home though)... Secondly the place is perfect for people who enjoy calm and quiet with a very beautiful beach right across the beach! Overall surely recommend! 4.5/5*

Location for a family holiday with kids is ideal. We have stayed at the holiday park several times and each time has been a great family holiday. The beach opposite the park has something for everyone. Free toilets at the entrance, including baby changing and disabled facilities. There is also a public car park if you just want to visit the beach. The park is located between Tenby, a 20 minute drive, and Pembroke, a 10 minute drive. Jack's at the Longhouse offers food and beverages throughout the day and evening. We have stayed in several chalets across the park all through holidaylettings.com, and they have not disappointed.
