The Cleddau Estuary draws walkers and explorers throughout the year, and Woodlands Cottage sits on its quiet edge, reached down a lane that carries no through traffic. The village of Hook is near by, as is Llangwm, a former fishing settlement with its own character. From here you can reach Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and everything the county offers without lengthy drives.
This is a stone cottage with genuine character—exposed beams, open fireplace, solid wooden floors. Downstairs, a living room and separate dining room both overlook the grounds, and the kitchen is equipped for real cooking: electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms (a double of 4ft 6in, and a room with two 3ft singles plus a pull-out single), served by a bathroom with bath and separate cubicle shower. Dogs are welcome and stay free, though they don't have access to the bedrooms. An enclosed, lawned garden with seating and a barbecue takes the full use of the property; there is parking for two cars on site.
Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. The cottage is not available to smokers. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 09:30.
