We were really looking forward to this holiday, but unfortunately it turned into one of the worst experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, there were several serious issues with the cottage. The doors would not lock properly, meaning I had to sleep in an unlocked cottage with my mum and my three daughters. I reported this and asked for help, but nothing was done. The bathroom sink was leaking, and there were two glasses placed underneath the cabinet where the leak was dripping, suggesting it was already a known problem. The freezer was completely iced up and not working properly, which meant around half of the food we had brought with us spoiled. We ended up spending an extra £200 replacing food. The cottage was also covered in cobwebs and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. To make matters worse, there was construction work taking place on the site while guests were being booked in. This was never made clear before our arrival and completely took away from the relaxing holiday we had paid for. After driving over 300 miles, it was incredibly disappointing. Despite all of this, I had decided not to leave a negative review. However, after we left, I received a message accusing my family of causing the sink leak, leaving a handprint on the wall, and getting hair dye all over the bathroom. These accusations were completely unfair. The conversation then became even more upsetting when I was told that "you are dirty people" and that "the place stinks since you've been living there." I found these comments deeply offensive and discriminatory, and they made me feel completely unwelcome. I run businesses myself and deal with hundreds of customers every day. I understand that problems can happen, but the way they are handled is what matters. Sadly, the condition of the accommodation, the lack of support, and the way we were spoken to left us feeling that our custom was not valued. I cannot recommend staying here based on our experience.

Very nice place, and Ower is lovely and helpful as we're some of the guests. Very clean and good facilities.needed to get my head down and food after a long day riding for a wild camp, so I'm glad I ended up here really enjoyed it 10 out of 10.

Not a great photo of the park but it was nice and tranquil. Good base for touring the Trossachs, Crieff and other areas. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Almost midgie free and a beautiful walk through the woods at the back of the park. Good showers, Laundrette and Recycling facilities. Will certainly visit again
