Acorn Byre works for families wanting space to spread out, couples after a quiet break, or groups of friends looking for somewhere to gather. The converted barn holds four bedrooms and four bathrooms across its whole property, which is yours alone from arrival after 4pm until 10am checkout. Large windows frame the Perthshire countryside, and a hot tub sits ready for evening use.

Inside, the rooms combine rural character with modern comfort. The kitchen is equipped to cook proper meals. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Log fires offer warmth on cooler days. The setting is genuinely remote—rolling hills and open space define the outlook—yet you're near enough to Perth and Kinross for shops, restaurants and attractions if you want them.

The property is strictly non-smoking. Eight guests maximum; larger gatherings won't fit.
