Ardle Lodge is a detached house on 2 acres beside the River Ardle, near Enochdhu in Perthshire. You arrive into a ground-floor layout that spreads across a living room with woodburner and patio doors onto the garden, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, and a utility room for boots and outdoor gear. Three double bedrooms are upstairs—one with ensuite shower—and there are two bathrooms, so six guests have the space and facilities to move around comfortably. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included; heating is oil-fired central heating.
The grounds slope down to the river and attract red squirrels and various birds. You can park up to four cars on site. The setting puts you within reach of the Cairngorms, cycle routes and the Cateran Trail, which passes through the area toward Glenshee. Walking and outdoor activities start practically at the door. The owner lives elsewhere on the 2 acres but is absent during the day. No smoking or candles are allowed. Be aware there are steps in the grounds and the river runs unfenced beside the garden.
