This three-bedroom apartment on the first floor sleeps five and comes with its own private parking for two cars. The layout includes a living room with a 42-inch Freeview TV, a kitchen-diner with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer, plus a separate bathroom with bath and shower. Bedrooms offer a kingsize bed, a double and a single. An enclosed garden with furniture is yours to use, and wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.
The property is within a mile of a pub and just 100 yards from local shops and restaurants. Perth itself is at the heart of Perthshire, with opportunities for fishing, golf, walking and cycling in the surrounding area. The city sits on the River Tay and makes a practical base for exploring further afield. Note that there are 16 steps to reach the entrance, and smoking is not permitted.

Very spacious and comfortable accommodation. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the complementary Tunnock cakes and shortbread!

Cliff view is beautiful, lovely place to spend a long weekend in the countryside & still close enough to the town. Norma & Arthur were wonderful hosts & helpful at all times

Oasis in the city. Spacious and well equiped accommodation with garden. Ideally located in city centre with parking available. Short walking distance to resturants,shopping and local amenities. Very relaxing stay.Highly reccommend.Owners friendly and helpful

This accomodation was lovely. Stayed here for the Rewind festival in Perth with friends. Accomodation is very spacious, has recently refurbished interior which is very nice. Enjoyed my stay here and were already booked for 2019. Would recommend to anyone!
