Easter Rattray Cottages: Clayhills Cottage

Clayhills Cottage is a detached cottage on a 500-acre arable farm in Perth and Kinross, arriving after 17:00 and departing by 09:00. The accommodation sleeps five across three bedrooms: a double, two singles, and another single. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower. One dog stays free, kept on a lead around the farm.

Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for the open fire are all included. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer, so you can prepare meals and manage laundry throughout your visit. The living room centres on an open fire. A travel cot and highchair are available. Private parking accommodates three cars. The cottage sits on an elevated position with views toward the Sidlaw Hills and Vale of Strathmore, surrounded by fields with a large lawned garden and sitting-out area. No smoking.

Blairgowrie is a short drive away; the Cateran Trail and numerous cycle routes cross the surrounding landscape. Glenshee ski slopes, Gleneagles golf course and the cities of Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh are within reach for day trips. A pub and shop are one mile away.
