Frith View

Frith View is a contemporary detached lodge sleeping six across three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Everything is on the ground floor, making it straightforward to navigate. The property comes fully equipped: the kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer and all the essentials for cooking; the living areas feature a 43-inch Freeview TV and Bluetooth speaker; heating is gas underfloor throughout. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a welcome pack and highchair for younger visitors.

The lodge sits within 35 acres of shared grounds comprising woodland and pasture, with parking for three cars on site. A decked patio leads from the living spaces, ideal for evening time outdoors. The setting is highland Perthshire, close enough to Loch Tay and the village of Kenmore for day trips, yet surrounded by countryside. Ben Lawers and other peaks lie within reach for those who want to hike; the forests suit cycling too. The grounds include a lochan and deer park. One well-behaved dog can stay free. Note that the water supply comes from a bore hole, and there is an unfenced pond about 100 yards from the property on sloping ground. Smoking is not permitted inside.
