About The Kenmore Club by Diamond Resorts
Loch Tay stretches out beyond Kenmore, with hills rising all around, and it's this setting that shapes The Kenmore Club by Diamond Resorts. The village itself is a quiet base in Perth and Kinross, close to Aberfeldy, and the resort's 58 rooms make the most of the surroundings, with many looking straight out over the water or the hillsides beyond.
Rooms come as cottages and apartments, kept clean and comfortable, with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and drinks provided. Guests can eat at the on-site restaurant or bar, or head outside to the garden and outdoor seating area. Leisure facilities run to an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and hot tub, and there's a concierge on hand along with luggage storage and laundry service. Free on-site parking is provided.
Outside the resort, the loch and surrounding countryside offer walking and cycling routes, fishing and watersports, with golf also nearby. Pubs and restaurants in the area give options beyond the hotel's own kitchen, and the overall pace here is a peaceful one, suited to those keen on getting out into the Highland landscape rather than staying indoors.

What guests say
Wonderful location, limited facilities. The restaurant//bar was closed for three days of our seven day stay (it is usually only open for five days a week). Quite limited operating hours also. Thankfully The Courtyard across the road offers a pleasant dining/drinking alternative. Whilst the grounds are well-maintained the cottages are showing their age, the stairs/floors squeeked loudly in our cottage - enough to wake any light-sleepers.

We just had an absolutely lovely 2 night stay with our four kids. The layout of the two bedroom cottage was perfect. Loved the playground, had a couple pints on the patio of the restaurant, swam and we all had a blast exploring the grounds. Honestly baffled by any negative reviews. One of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been!

Stayed here for two nights from 14th March. First visit here but will definitely return. Staff were so friendly, apartment was so clean, rooms were perfect with comfortable beds and pillows. The view from our apartment was amazing. Usual wet and windy Scottish weather, so didn't get a chance to use the balcony but didn't take away from the time we had there. We will definitely return when we get better weather.

Honestly. The location, the garden is absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, thats it. Please note, this is NOT a hotel, however only a time-share type of property. This means, they will give you only the room that is availible. They always prefer the owners of the timeshare infront of us, the customers. We have been given a room for disabled people. We are a young family and it honestly felt really depressing and unethical. There was not a proper bathroom with normally sized sink. This was not a room that someone should even rent out. (Like renting out a disabled parking… just dont do that) So the staff dis not care at all. They were completely unhelpful. The manager seemed arrogant and didnt want ti deal with anything like this. They told me they cannot do refund just because we dont like the room. However I was not taking no for an answer. After a serious fell of with the manager where we were both almost shouting at each other, I was able to upgrade us for a room like the pictures from booking. We spent two nights and were happy to move on. BTW: I prepaid the stay on booking like trhee months in advance. When I was looking at the booking for our night’s stay the same date, the price was ca 50% lower.
