Harbour Rise works for groups that need genuine space and proper entertaining facilities. Eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms across three floors can accommodate 18 people, making it the kind of place where extended families or groups of friends can stay together without treading on each other's toes. The property sits on two acres in rural Perthshire near Auchterarder, with substantial grounds including a south-facing courtyard and lawns for the kind of gatherings that need room to breathe.

Inside, the accommodation centres on a vast kitchen and dining space designed for groups—there's a pine table that seats 18, a 50-inch television with Sky Q, and a separate games room with its own screen and bar. A drawing room with open fireplace and bay window provides quieter spaces, while the master suite comes with an oval bath and walk-in shower. Electricity, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental.

Outside matters too. There's a covered heated pool, a hot tub in the grounds, and children's play areas including a sunken trampoline. A large gas barbecue serves the courtyard. Up to four well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. The driveway is long and steep; it suits high-clearance vehicles better than low sports cars, and winter access benefits from a 4x4. Arrival is after 4pm, departure before 10am. No smoking throughout the property.
