Hill View House comes ready for a self-catering break, with electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included as standard. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. The living room on the ground floor has a woodburner, a 32" TV and CD player, and opens onto a front garden with seating. Three bedrooms sleep up to five: a single and pull-out single on the ground floor, a kingsize upstairs, and a three-quarter double. The single bathroom has a bath with shower over and a heated towel rail.

Aberfeldy lies within a mile of a pub and is known for outdoor pursuits—walking, cycling, water sports and golf are all accessible from here. The cottage shares access to an external games room with table tennis, a snooker table and board games. A rear garden (also shared) and parking for three cars are provided. One pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted.
