Aberfeldy sits in the heart of Perthshire, surrounded by the kind of countryside that draws walkers and explorers. The Birks of Aberfeldy—a gorge carved by the Burn of Moness with waterfalls and woodland trails—lies nearby, as do opportunities for activity days like rafting. Historic castles and smaller attractions punctuate the landscape around the town, but there are also quiet days to be had simply moving between the rooms of a cottage and its garden.

Hillview Cottage accommodates six people across three bedrooms: one single on the ground floor, and upstairs a double and a further bedroom. The ground floor includes a living room with woodburner, a working kitchen, and a shower room. Electricity and bed linen are provided; parking for two cars is on site, and you have a patio and garden to use. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The cottage is yours alone—no shared spaces with other guests, though the garden is shared with other properties in the same grounds. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.

Aberfeldy itself is walkable, with pubs, a bakery and independent shops along its streets. Whether you come for the outdoor routes or simply to base yourselves somewhere central to Perthshire, the cottage offers a straightforward base with the essentials in place.
