Mill Cottage

Comrie's golf course, six established walking routes and the Glenturret and Strathearn distilleries all lie within easy reach of Mill Cottage. Blair Castle and Drummond Castle gardens are nearby, while Glasgow and Edinburgh sit an hour's drive away. The village itself—with shop, pub and restaurant—is two miles off, leaving the cottage peacefully set among farmland yet close enough to exploration.

The property sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs holds a utility room with washer and tumble dryer, plus a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The kitchen is equipped for cooking; the sitting room has a wood burner, television and doors onto a Juliet balcony. One bedroom has an ensuite shower. A large lawned garden with patio and barbecue overlooks the surrounding countryside, and there is parking for three cars. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One dog stays free.

The cottage does not permit smoking. Note that the garden contains an unfenced stream.
