The nearest shop is three miles away; a pub and restaurant are two miles off. A lochside beach lies six miles distant. From here you can walk or cycle into the surrounding hills and quiet lanes, or drive to visit distilleries, galleries, outdoor activity centres and the larger towns of Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh.

The property is arranged on a single level and sleeps four: a king bedroom, a twin room, and a bathroom with bath and shower. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with electric cooker and full-size fridge, a dining area, and a sitting room with woodburner, TV and DVD player. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; parking for two cars is on site. The garden has a stream, seating areas and views across the valley. Note that the garden contains steps, sloping banks and a fenced stream. No smoking inside. One pet stays free.
