Apartment 5

Apartment 5 occupies the second floor of a Victorian Italianate building in central Plymouth. You step into a living room with a sofa bed and TV, connected to a separate dining space. Two bedrooms provide four single beds between them; one has a sofa bed in the adjoining living area that can sleep two more. A single bathroom serves the flat, which has full central heating, Wi-Fi, and all bed linen and towels provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A parking permit for one car is included. The building sits on Elliot Terrace, a street of considerable character within walking distance of Plymouth Hoe, the Barbican's cobbled streets, and the seafront. A pub is less than a mile away, and shops and restaurants are just 50 yards from the entrance. Note that the main entrance has three steps. No smoking inside the flat.
