Room Apartment 1A comes with everything you need for a self-contained stay: electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all covered, plus a parking permit for one car. The kitchen has a combi microwave, oven and grill, a dishwasher and fridge, so you can cook as much or as little as you like. The open-plan ground floor gives you a living space with a sofa bed, a separate king-size bedroom, and a shower room. The property sleeps five in total and welcomes one pet.

Stonehouse sits on Plymouth's waterfront, 100 yards from the beach and within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Hoe, the Barbican and the outdoor lido pool are all nearby. There are three steps up to the main entrance. Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out before 10:00. Smoking is not permitted.
