Affordability, Flexibility and Serenity - what a winning combination. Lovely budget guest house, well decorated, clean and comfortable. Kitchen area is perfect for self catered breakfast or other meals (free hot drinks and fruit available) I was offered flexibility of late checkout which meant I could use shower after half marathon and leave in comfort before journey home. Such a peaceful area of Plymouth too, birdsong the only soundtrack to this neighbourhood. Thank you 🙏

A comfortable and well appointed luxury lodge in the heart of The Barbican. Our visit was last minute, and for three nights. Jakub and his team made sure everything was ready for us on time and gave us a warm welcome. The accommodation was comfortable, stylish and impeccably clean. We would definitely recommend it, and certainly stay again.

One of the cleanest rooms ive ever stayed in also the shower was amazing and was the best shower ive had EVER staying in hotels and b and b great decoration and facilities including massive telly and cooling fan the staff very pleasant and respectful also plenty of privacy 5 stars 10 out of 10 a truly amazing little gem of a place great job guys will definitely be booking again
