What guests say
Good location, friendly staff and clean, comfortable room. It's a pity there is no pre-check-in luggage storage, but we understand. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Stayed here for one night last Saturday when we went to see a show at the Lighthouse Theatre (about a 10-15 minute walk) and had a drink there when we got back. Really lovely local pub with lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Recommended to me for breakfast, so I called in at 0830 on a Tuesday when the pub isn't actually open. They do B&B and all are welcome for breakfast. A proper old school pub with a proper Landlord and his wife cooked to order having chosen from the list. I had a 5 item fry up for £5 , tea extra, but you can choose what you like. Decent ingredients well cooked. You won't get better than this. They have 1 real ale on, Bridport Copper, so I must return later in the week to give it a try. Many thanks guys.

Although the pub isn't in the centre of town it is situated very close to the main area. It isn't open 7 days a week and closed mon/Tues food is freshly cooked to order and does get busy on Sundays if you want a roast so advisable to phone in advance if you want a table but during week is OK The rooms are great and all en suite and perfect for ferry in morning Breakfast served from 9-10 and freshly cooked to order.
