We stayed two nights and really liked it! The location is very central, restaurants/shops/supermarket are all nearby. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the breakfast was also very good. The warm food was freshly cooked. The rooms had everything we needed! Would definetly come back and recommend!!

The Caledonian was by far the best place we stayed on our trip through Scotland. Thomas and his team are exceptional hosts, incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the morning breakfast was fantastic. The location is perfect, right in the center of town with access to everything. This is the place to stay if you are visiting Portree.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Lovely hotel run by a welcoming family! The rooms were pristine but warm and inviting. The breakfast is the shining star, with both cold and hot breakfast (porridge or full Scottish breakfast) served. The owners gave us great advice on trails nearby. We will be back!

The room was prepared nicely and it was very clean. Water from the tap is safe to drink and apparently the best in whole of UK! The staff was very lovely, even though we were slightly late to the breakfast they still made some food and the location is 10/10. Very central, all the pubs and restaurants are very close. Would definitely come back!
