Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach and pleasant walk to Clarence pier. On site parking offered, either in car park or permit for road parking. Rooms small, however suitable for 2 people. Breakfast included was lovely. Definitely great value for money

Very clean and comfortable BnB, close to Southsea pier and (for us) for the Wedgewood Rooms music venue. Good breakfast and friendly host. Parking available. Would deffo stay here again

The host was very friendly and accomodating of arrival and departure times not matching the listed check-in and check-out times. The rooms were great for the most part. Other than the bathroom door that seemed to purposefully not have a latching mechanism, making it free to slowly open when being used, the room was perfectly sufficient for a short, comfortable stay. The breakfast was wonderful.

A weekend to visit family. The location is great. On-site parking great ( but costs extra). The place and rooms were super clean. The host very nice and friendly. The breakfast was fine. The room was a bit smaller than I had hoped. It is a old victorian tall building with stairs. It is a traditional b&b
