A very nice hotel but spread across 2 or more buildings. Our room was on the top floor with no lift in a separate building so check where you're room is located if like me, you are not a fan of many flights of stairs! Stayed during the heatwave too so useful information at check in would have been to advise there is a fan in the room, ours was at the back of the cupboard & we didn't spot it so spent our first of only 2 nights uncomfortably hot.... The on site pizza oven produced delicious hand stretched pizza & the rest of the menu looked good too. Breakfast stops at 9am, a little early for us but we made it down the first morning. Buffet style but much better quality than your Holiday Inn & the coffee was amzing. Staff were friendly & helpful. Located near to the pier, model village, canoe lake, natural history museum & butterfly house, a little further from the main town but walkable.

Stayed here about a year ago (sorry didn't leave a review then!) We were greeted by a wonderful lady, she was very informative of the area and quick to help with anything we needed. We had a choice of rooms when we got there as no others staying which was a lovely offering. The room was huge, bathroom decent and decor was lovely. Bed was super comfortable. We had breakfast over the road at the sister building and it was delicious. Our stay overall was fab. Would return!

Great place to stay. Great breakfast. Comfy beds. Wonderful staff. Parking is a bit tricky so best not go in a SUV! Will be going again.

Stayed for one night, rooms absolutely lovely decor wise and I liked the fact my car was securely off the road in a car park. We had breakfast too, we didn't take advantage of the full use of facilities because we were only one night but breakfast was very good, maybe a refill on hot drinks would be a nice idea to help wash down your food.
