Large bi-folding doors open onto a decked area with garden furniture and an underfloor hot tub that seats six, all overlooking rolling hills and valley. The property sits elevated on a working sheep and cattle farm, so the rural views are genuine rather than neighbour-facing.

All essentials are covered: bed linen, towels, wi-fi, heating via air source heat pump, and initial logs for the woodburner. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and washer-dryer, so you can cook properly or manage laundry without thinking about it. The three bedrooms sleep six: a king ensuite, a double ensuite, and a twin with access to the family bathroom. Parking for three cars is below the lodge; the walk up to the front door takes about 12 steps. One dog is welcome at no extra cost.
