This stone dormer bungalow dates back to the 1800s and sits on its own in rural Powys, surrounded by working farmland. The building retains period character while offering modern comforts: four bedrooms across two floors, four bathrooms, and enough space for eight people to spread out without feeling crowded.
Ground floor includes a living room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining space, plus a dedicated games room and a study. Bedroom 1 has direct access through bi-fold doors onto the garden patio, with an ensuite featuring a jacuzzi bath. Upstairs, three further bedrooms share a shower room, and Bedroom 2 has its own ensuite. All beds are doubles; two bedrooms also have single beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial fuel for the burner.
The enclosed garden wraps around the property with a patio, sitting areas and a barbecue. There is parking for eight cars on site, a bike store, and a highchair and stairgate for younger children. One dog stays free. No smoking indoors.
