This barn conversion sits on a working farm within the Brecon Beacons National Park, four miles from Brecon town. Built from the bones of a rural structure, it retains the character of its agricultural past while offering modern family accommodation. The property sleeps six across four bedrooms: a double and two singles on the ground floor, plus a super kingsize with ensuite on the first floor and a further twin bedroom upstairs. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.
Ground-floor layout includes a shower room, a separate games room with pool table accessed by its own staircase, and an open-plan living space upstairs combining kitchen, dining and sitting areas with a wood-effect electric fire. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with electric cooker, dishwasher, and full fridge and freezer. Behind the property sits an enclosed lawn, shared with neighbouring holiday lets, where children can play safely. Private parking is available for four cars, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared access) handles laundry. The area is known for exceptionally clear night skies. Brecon itself, four miles away, has shops, cafes, museums and galleries; the Regimental Museum of the Royal Welsh is nearby. No smoking throughout.
