Lower Rheol

Lower Rheol comes ready to use. Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and Wi-Fi are all included, and there's fuel for the wood burner already there. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge; the bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower over. You get a double bedroom, a twin room, and a sitting room with a smart TV and wood burner for cooler evenings. The garden at the back has furniture and a barbecue, and there's parking for one car on site.

This cottage sits on a working farm near Crickadarn, a short drive from Builth Wells. The area works well for walking—trails run through the hills and woodland nearby, and the River Wye is close enough for fishing and riverside walks. Builth Wells itself has shops, cafés and pubs, plus the Royal Welsh Showground if events are on. Hay-on-Wye is within reach for a day trip, as is Brecon. The Elan Valley Reservoirs and the Brecon Beacons are accessible for those wanting to venture further. No smoking throughout the property.
