Swallow Cottage is a single-storey detached property designed for accessible holidays, with level access and all living spaces on the ground floor. It has three bedrooms—one with a super king bed, two with single beds—and a wet room with shower and bath. A separate toilet and grab rails are fitted, and equipment such as a shower seat and toilet frame are available if needed.

The open-plan living area includes a kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining space, and a sitting room with TV and DVD player. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. An external games room shared with other properties on the site has a pool table, table tennis and darts. Parking is on site and private to the cottage.

The property sits within 8 acres of countryside with woodland walks, a pond and a children's play area on the grounds. It is well positioned for exploring mid-Wales, the Shropshire borders and North Wales, with Powys Castle, Chirk Castle and the Welshpool to Llanfair Steam Railway within reach. No smoking is permitted inside.
