Top House is a three-bedroom cottage sleeping six, set over two floors in the countryside near the Powys-England border. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and television. The ground floor contains a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a woodburner, plus a separate kitchen fitted with a Rayburn, electric cooker and full appliances—everything needed for anything from a simple supper to a full roast. A breakfast area sits off the kitchen. Upstairs, the three bedrooms offer a mix of super-kingsize beds (convertible to twins) and a kingsize, with walk-in showers, double showers and heated towel rails across the ensuites.
Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The property has private parking for three cars, a garden with patio furniture, and a carport. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available on request. The cottage does not permit smoking, and is not suitable for children under four years old. Forden Garage is nearby for supplies, and the historic market town of Montgomery lies within easy reach.
