Once again, we had an amazing birthday party for my son. Our fantastic host Kobi was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and answered all of the children’s questions. With 20 kids there, he showed so much patience! Absolute brilliant host. I would also like to add that Benji joined in with the hosting and went above and beyond as well. Lovely person and warm character Thank you so much again, Kobi and Benji. We will definitely be booking another party in the future — they are the best hosts! Kindest ❤️

We spent a lot of money on a 90-minute session for the kids, but the building felt like a sweatbox. There was no air conditioning, making it incredibly hot inside. As a result, we had to spend even more money on ice lollies and drinks just to keep the children cool. Not a place the kids can enjoy in the summer months.

We recently held a birthday party at this trampoline park and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the customer service was very poor. Staff were unhelpful and showed little concern when issues arose during the party. The venue was also unbearably hot. With so many children running around, the lack of adequate ventilation made the environment very uncomfortable for both children and adults. More concerning was a serious safety issue. One child became trapped when their foot got stuck in the netting and staff had to cut the net to free them. This raises significant questions about the condition of the equipment and whether appropriate health and safety standards are being maintained. In addition, the children were not given enough time to finish their food before being rushed out of the party area. To make matters worse, we were then told we had to pay extra money if we wanted to stay longer, despite the fact that the children had barely had time to eat. Overall, the organisation, customer service, and attention to safety fell well below expectations. A child's birthday should be an enjoyable and stress-free occasion, but sadly this experience was anything but. I would not recommend this venue and would not consider booking another party here.

We had a party booked for today, kids had a blast and loved the day. Food was cheap and drinks were good. I would only say the down sides were the stairs upto the restaurant were narrow so sometimes you couldn't get people up and down at the same time especially when your carrying something. Also the car park is a joke so small and no chance of parking had to park 10 mins walk away which is ok but not if you got loads of party supplys. Toilets were disgusting
