Really friendly staff, huge soft play with a smaller area for little ones. I do think charging adults for entry is a bit steep especially when you are buying food/drink on top. Definitely a saviour of a place when on holiday and the kids have been up since 5am

Play facilities themselves are ok and the staff are lovely, but I paid for my child to go as his sister was going to a party there, but when someone didn't turn up they gave the place to him, but didn't refund me. They gave me a voucher. I don't live nearby so it probably wont get used. Plus their drinks were also surprisingly expensive. And no card orders under £5.

Staff are super friendly. The play area is huge and clean. Nice arcade area and bookable sensory room upstairs. Coffee served in proper mugs and the usual soft play selection of food. The kids loved our visit.

A lovely indoor play area . Our grandson loved it. Good price for entry ; small and large area . We only had coffee and cake which was a little dry but other people's cooked food looked good
