This is easily the best Holiday Inn/budget hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we walked in, the staff were brilliant, so welcoming and friendly. They even brought out chocolate and juice for our two toddlers on arrival, which was a really nice touch. They also took the time to explain the dining options and offered help with our bags. The hotel itself is spotless and has a real wow factor as soon as you step inside, clean, modern, and really nicely decorated. Our family room was fantastic too, with plenty of space and great sleeping options. Nice little extras like a fridge stocked with water, Pepsi, and chocolate, plus more chocolates on arrival, made it feel that bit more special. The coffee options in the room were great, and the bathroom was stocked with good quality products. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and were really impressed, good quality food and generous portions. Overall, we’ll definitely be coming back. The staff have done an amazing job, and it’s all the little details that make this place stand out. Easily a 5* experience.

Amazing stay! The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection. A special thank you to the chef for the delicious special dish. After long working hours I had one of the best nights sleep. Thank you to the whole team, I look forward to stay again.

I had a great stay with my family. The staff were excellent, especially the lady at reception very welcoming, helpful, and had a great sense of humour. I was really happy to see their work ethic and how clearly they explained everything. When we first entered the room, it felt a bit cold because the window was slightly open, but I closed it and it was fine after that. The room was neat and tidy, and definitely good value for money. I loved the food the soup was top-notch and the steak was cooked perfectly. Thank you very much. I hope to come back again soon.

I’ve lived in padworth for 14 years. And had t been in the hotel since they’ve had new management. I choose this hotel to meet my long lost sister, and the welcoming and the service was amazing..! They also had a faulty towers tribute too as they do entertainment as well as wedding and occasions. Wow it was amazing hearing it all in the background.
