What visitors say
A well attended and well looked after sports centre that offers great service from very helpful and pleasant mannered staff. The facilities are great and the place is welcoming. However, the male toilets in Studio 1 upstairs are in need of attention. The toilet bowl is encrusted with dried scum and the hand basin is dated and worn out!

The staff are lovely, car parking is decent, and I don't use the gym or sports halls so can't comment. But the pool is never clean, is in desperate need of refurbishment and the changing rooms are always sodden. Last week some bits of ceiling tile fell into the pool, and nobody seems overly shocked; one of the guys who swims there (retired) says the pool is pretty much unchanged since he was at school... Shame, because in terms of location, staff and amenities it's pretty good!

I have been in this centre for almost 8 months. Very nice and clean centre. Friendly staff and convenient facilities. Huge free parking.

I made a reservation for a bouncy castle party and paid £220 in advance, back in September. Despite this payment, I never received an email confirmation for the booking. However, just three days before the party, I received a phone call informing me that my booking slot was being changed in favour of someone else, despite the fact that I had booked and paid months in advance. To make matters even worse, I was offered only half of the amount as a refund and I have not received even that partial refund to this day. This level of disorganisation and disregard for your customers is completely UNPROFESSIONAL special with managers attitude😒

People say this sports center has friendly and helpful staff, offers a Hard Shoulder lane in the pool, and provides squash courts and areas for kids' parties.
Other reviews mention the pool can be poorly maintained and changing rooms can be neglected.
