Mushroom Cottage comes with the essentials covered: electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a welcome pack on arrival. The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine, so you can cook properly rather than rely on takeaways. Downstairs there's a living room with Freeview Smart TV and a dining area; upstairs, a double bedroom and a second room with a bunk bed and single bed, served by a shower room. The whole place is yours alone.

What sets it apart is the garden, which has a hot tub, patio seating, barbecue and furniture for outdoor entertaining. The cottage is in Blaenrhondda in the Rhondda Valley, and sits near the Rhondda Fach Leisure Centre. Gas central heating keeps it warm in winter. Parking is on road. Note that there are 20 steps down to the garden, and one pet is allowed to stay free. Smoking is not permitted inside.
