What visitors say
My grandson and myself were having the day out at Swithens. He is 6 and full of energy. We love feeding the sheep and calves so made sure we kept an eye on the time as we didn't want to miss the feeding. He spent the morning around the playground, climbing, jumping and swinging on the wooden climbing frames. Also he loved the cars that you you have to pay for. I wanted to see the donkeys, we had bought carrots so we set about feeding the animals. They are very well looked after and tame. They enjoyed the carrots. We went to feed the sheep and thoroughly enjoyed it. My grandson didn't want to feed the calves, we had been the previous year and he found the bottle too heavy for him. We hadn't taken a picnic and with the day being so hot I thought we had done enough and it was time for home. We had had a wonderful day.

The best £11that I’ve spent in a long time. Clean, well organised, varied selection of animals to pat, staff are brilliant - super friendly - cake & coffee were delicious. A wee hidden gem 💎 Loved 🥰 the goats 🐐 Keep up the great work 👌🏻

What a fabulous place. Loved it, all the staff are fantastic and so helpful. The animals are unbelievably friendly and very happy to take carrots from you. My granddaughter had a wonderful time, what a great experience for her. Great value for money, lots to do, soft play, mini funfair, tractor rides ( in the safety of an enclosed trailer) and so much more. The cafe menu is great with good variety, the food is lovely and good value. Throughly enjoyed it.

Lovely day out at Swithens Farm. Family of 4, two adults, two teens. We bought a box of carrots on the way in for £1 to feed the animals and had a lovely chat with an older gentleman who turned out to be the owner, really lovely guy who clearly loves what he does. Big eating area, although we didn’t eat it looked busy with everyone enjoying their food. Lots to do for younger kids, huge sand pit, zip wires, playground, go carts etc. huge tractors you can sit in for photos. My kids loved the pigs with all their piglets and we enjoyed bottle feeding the baby goats/lambs. All the animals look well cared for and are very friendly, even the cows!! Lovely place. I would definitely recommend to others especially people with young kids.
