Dairy Cottage is a converted milking parlour on what was once a working farm, now surrounded by orchards and woodland on the edge of Tunbridge Wells. The property stands alone, giving you complete privacy, with a footpath leading directly into woodland and a nature reserve. Across the track lies Spring Hill Trout Waters if you fancy fishing during your stay.
Inside, there is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom containing a bath and shower cubicle. The ground floor holds a living room with a woodburner, Freeview TV and French doors opening onto an enclosed courtyard, plus a kitchen/dining room with a full range of appliances for cooking. You have private parking for two cars, a bike store, and an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a BBQ. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided, along with initial logs for the woodburner. No smoking is permitted, and the property is not suitable for children under 18.
The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells and The Pantiles lie under three miles away. Within easy reach are several National Trust properties including Chartwell, Batemans and Ightham Mote, plus Bodiam Castle, Sissinghurst gardens and local vineyards. Paddock Wood railway station, roughly 15 minutes' drive away, connects to London in under an hour.
