The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The waiter in the restaurant was amazing and so kind to our daughter. The room is a little old fashioned but very clean and comfortable. The only downside is the terrible tower fan, we stayed during a heatwave and it was incredibly hot. Delicious breakfast, wide variety.

Overall our experience at this hotel was good, the staff (especially Steve) went out of their way to help us. The rooms were clean, plenty of tea and coffee top ups for our room when requested. And the buffet breakfast and staff were great. Cheap and cheerful but would recommend. Don't be fooled by the photos on Google as unfortunately the pool isn't in use.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, supportive, and understanding. A special thank you goes to Steve at reception, who provided outstanding customer service and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. His professionalism and kindness really stood out and set the tone for our stay. We experienced a small maintenance issue with our original room, but it was dealt with promptly and professionally, and we were moved to an amazing room. The way the staff handled the situation showed a very high standard of customer care. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was also excellent and maintained to a very high standard. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay with fantastic staff and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Rooms are a little dated but clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Located close to a petrol station and tesco extra. Breakfast was nice with a good mix of pastries cereals and hot food. Considering the size of our party staff were very accommodating and helpful in trying to get us to sit together. Would definitely stay here again. And to the reception staff who gave my daughter a key card so she felt included at check in, thank you
