The Tractor Shed

The Tractor Shed is a converted farm building on working land outside Royal Tunbridge Wells, surrounded by open countryside. Ground-floor layout means everything is on one level: a generous open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and direct access via bi-fold doors to a patio with seating and barbecue. Two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, sleep four in total. One is a double (4ft 6in), the other has two single beds (3ft each). The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

A path running through the farm connects directly to the downland walking network, so serious walkers can set out from the property itself. The setting appeals equally to cyclists and those after quieter countryside. Royal Tunbridge Wells is under 10 miles away for days when you want cafés, restaurants and shops. One small dog can stay free, though must be kept on a lead as this is a working farm. There is parking for two cars on site, and ramp access to the entrance. No smoking inside the property.
