I stayed at the hotel back in March this year with a group of friends for a friend's wedding and I had the best experience! Beautiful location on the main road, luxury rooms and amazing customer service thanks to Hamse! She managed to keep my room on the same floor as my friends' for the second night of my stay giving me a free upgrade and it meant a lot to me, because I was travelling solo... She also managed to let me check in earlier into the new room, in order for me to move my luggage from the other room, to be able to have all my stuff with me for when I got back from the wedding party later that night. I used to work as Guest Relation Manager in London few years ago in a 5 stars Collection hotel and I got that kind of professionalism from her, well done! I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely go back again for a proper visit of the beautiful city...

Stayed recently for 2 nights as had appointments in the area. We were given a room upgrade which was fantastic. Room was good size, clean and had everything needed. Bed was comfortable and Aircon worked well. The area is great, close to shops and restaurants. Would stay again

I recently stayed and the service and room was exceptional, staff were lovely and helpful and the room was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay again. I also held my birthday party in their function room a few months ago, again staff were fantastic in helping me bring my vision to life. Space is big, light and modern perfect for a big party and has its own bar for guests. Many also stayed at the hotel and said it was fantastic.

From check-in to check-out my experience was excellent. All staff members were very helpful, a little chat over housekeeping I found helpful and all was sorted very quickly. The Brassiere where breakfast food was serviced was excellent worthy of the price. The chef was great. Room service was also excellent on arrival of the tray the meal was hot! My room was very nicely decorated and clean, the walk-in shower was clean with added amenities. The hotel is located is in a great spot close to many shops and restaurants, a small walk from the train station too. All in all a great recommendation to stay at this hotel.
