Elder Cottage

Elder Cottage opens into a bright, practical space designed around how people actually live on holiday. The ground floor holds a spacious kitchen where cooking feels like an activity rather than a chore, plus a downstairs double bedroom and a large pantry that doubles as useful storage. Upstairs, you'll find two further bedrooms: one with twin beds, one with a queen. A sofa bed is available if you need a sixth sleeping space. The layout suits families, friends travelling together, or mixed groups who want their own room but shared living areas. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with electricity and wifi.

A secure south-facing garden sits behind the cottage, offering somewhere to sit with a drink, read or let a dog run about safely. One vehicle can park on site; additional street parking is available nearby. The cottage sits on a quiet one-way street, close enough to Tunbridge Wells' cafés, shops and historic streets that walking into town takes little effort, yet far enough from the main bustle to feel peaceful. No smoking indoors.
