About Premier Inn Royal Tunbridge Wells

With 115 rooms spread across five floors, Premier Inn Royal Tunbridge Wells offers a straightforward, well-equipped base close to The Pantiles. Each room comes with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, and accessible rooms are available for those who need them. A lift serves all floors, and reception is staffed around the clock. Some rooms do show signs of wear, so it's worth bearing in mind that comfort here is more consistent than polish.

Breakfast is a genuine highlight, with a generous spread that guests return to again and again, served alongside the hotel's own restaurant and bar for evening meals and drinks. Staff throughout the property are noted for going out of their way to help, and the showers in the rooms are strong enough to be mentioned on their own merits. Parking is available nearby for a charge rather than on site.

The location puts guests within reach of Royal Tunbridge Wells' pubs, restaurants and entertainment, with a golf course also nearby for those wanting to fit in a round. It's a practical choice for exploring the town without needing a car for every outing.

The staff have been excellent. They have all gone above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The staff even remembered that my wife's birthday was during our stay and brought a bottle of wine to our room for my wife's birthday. The table service and the food was extremely good. We are so grateful to all the staff for their commitment to delivering such a high standard of service. A very big thank you to you all.

Great service from Ayla, Rebecca & Lucy in the restaurant, lots of smiles and happy to look after hungry customers. Decent portion of calamari for starters, Had the fish and chips, chef Martin cooked a fantastic battered fish with mushy peas & curry sauce. Finished with a cheeky sundae lots of chocolate, can never have too much. Thanks team, see you next time

Stayed here for about 3 weeks. The food was really nice, I especially enjoyed the sea bass made by their chef, Naem. The on shift managers, Lucy, was wonderful and ensure everything was running great, whilst training their new employee, Ayla, who is a lovely breath of fresh air who clearly is a natural in customer service. Overall probably the best experience ive had at a hotel, certainly the best premier inn I've been to, just based on service
